Customonster (19736 98 Ave, Langley, BC V1M 2X5, Canada) runs Customonster Deal Finder, a free service that helps vehicle owners get window tint, paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coating quotes from independent installer shops near them. We also answer product, order, warranty and dealer questions. These terms apply when you message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, or email us.

1. Automated assistant

Replies are generated by an automated assistant. You can reach a member of our team at any time by typing HUMAN. Prices come from the installer shop; we do not promise discounts the shop has not set.

2. Information we collect

Your name, phone number or social media profile, vehicle details, requested services, budget, approximate location (city or postal code), preferred timing, photos you choose to send, and the conversation itself. For installer businesses: business name and contact details.

3. How we use and share it

• We use your information to answer your questions and, for vehicle owners, to find one nearby installer shop that fits your request.
• Only if you say YES after we identify the installer shop, we give that shop your first name, phone number, vehicle details, requested service, budget, approximate location, preferred timing, and any photos you specifically agree to share, solely so it can contact you about your quote; we do not give it your social media profile or the rest of the conversation. If you say NO, we do not share any of these details with an installer shop.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
• We use service providers (messaging, hosting and AI providers) only to operate this service, under confidentiality obligations. Messages sent through Facebook or Instagram are also handled under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. Retention and your choices

We keep conversation records for up to 24 months to support quote, order, service and warranty questions. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us, by emailing info@customonster.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s PIPEDA and BC’s PIPA.

5. Installer shops

Installer shops are independent businesses. Customonster does not perform installations and is not a party to a vehicle owner’s agreement with the shop. Installation issues are handled by the shop that did the work.
